April 22, 2020: Earth Day and New Moon Yoga:
One hour yoga, teaching on Santosha and New Moon Beginnings. Breathing practice: 3 part yoga breath, poses include hip openers, core strength, side plank, bridge, full wheel backbends, seated and twists. Tree pose for Earth Day.
